Please read these terms carefully before using EyeWearCRM.

Welcome to EyeWearCRM. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EyeWearCRM software, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By registering for a free trial or subscribing to our software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

EyeWearCRM grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our software for managing your optical store business. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate business and GST details during registration.
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
  • Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Not use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

EyeWearCRM offers a 15-day free trial. Following the trial, continued access requires payment of the applicable subscription fees (e.g., ₹9,999/year). All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.

3. Customer Data & Prescriptions

You retain all rights to the data you input into the system, including customer contact information and optical prescriptions. You are solely responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your customers to send them WhatsApp messages and invoices.

Important: You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of critical data. EyeWearCRM is not liable for data loss caused by user error, account cancellation, or network failures.

4. Intellectual Property

The EyeWearCRM software, logo, design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of EyeWearCRM Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our software.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EyeWearCRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of your use of the software.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
